Founder and CEO, Sandra McCroom, after graduating from Spelman College, served three years in the United States Peace Corps ~ living and working in Thailand. Ms. McCroom has spent her entire career working in the service of others. Her career has included public service (working for the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office), national sales and marketing trainer, public speaker, business management and most recently managing and growing a three million dollar non-profit organization.
